I need help deciding what to do with supply and cycling items purchased on eBay.?

I just got into cycling and I got my first bike yesterday. I rode a bit, but requires automatic peddals. So I needed shoes. I went to REI, but the good Sidis were expensive and still another's shoes not appropriate. I decided to put my shoes on eBay. I was looking for and supply in a couple of years of shoes that I thought that increasing the liklihood of getting a pair of shoes. I won a pair of shoes Sidis not know what type of 155 including Shiping. Then I was still the leader in the other category Bider. Shoes are the dominator of another 5 years. I do not know what to do if I win both. I withdraw my offer, or he could make shoes and see which best match the trie and selling shoes of others. Or I could just keep both. I do not know what to do please help. I also fit a 44 but I have to tighten the straps around the track. Sidi 5S is 43.5, so I do not know if will even fit. Is it worth the risk of buying both shoes. Also, if I do, you may lose money because of shipping.

OK, this question has two parties. Firstly there is an issue in cycling. Then there is a question of general and eBay purchases. First, let's talk about cycling. For cycling are notoriously difficult buy. Undertaking different shoes fit differently and all have different characteristics. It is best to go to a store and try them first. Even if you buy elsewhere, there is no substitute for physically try on shoes. Now let's discuss your situation EBay. You need to be a more responsible buyer. You have indicated that you went to the store and not prices. However, then went to eBay and bid on the shoes that you know nothing. Why like most of the models in the store? You do not knew the right size or model. You should not have bid on this auction if you are not 100% sure it was what I wanted. It can be caught with two shoes.

Setting goals is an important part of having a successful training, and improving the lot to accomplish and the results you see for it. Whether how runtime where you go, how fast you run, or a combination of these, it is important to have a goal and the challenge of coping.

You can also change the goals as progresses so that you're always working toward something a little more ambitious at all times. Here are some useful goal setting strategies to improve their careers.

1. Something to work towards. If you run every day, your goal can always do more, go further, go longer, etc. But training for an event is a more concrete objective "continuous improvement" is. Choose a 5K, half marathon, or some other coaching career in the future. This gives you a solid end point, and it is easier to establish benchmarks on the road.

(Another thing is to work toward a specific destination, as the house from a friend in the city, a particular city along your route by bicycle commuter, etc.)

2. Go the distance. How much running is a way fun challenge himself. GPS running watches make it particularly easy to keep track of your distance. Whether you just started going around the block, or if you're running several miles a day, this is an easy way to keep track without doing much work.

3. Time. GPS watches also do exactly the same you want a watch: keeping track of the time. Set a goal of total minutes to run, or intervals (10 minutes of jogging, 1 minute sprint, etc) and hold to himself to her.

4. Increase your course. Perhaps the variety is what motivates you. Start by jogging in a neighborhood, and give yourself a mission to progress through of terrain as it moves, as a local issue, or more courses as a path or on the beach running.

Challenging yourself and setting goals is a great way to ensure that your workout will give anything you want. From using GPS clocks to control the exact time or the speed of adjustment of the race distance or goals, you'll have more fun and feel more fulfilled when you can see the progress he has made.
